1. About these terms

By placing an order with Love, Suki, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

Love, Suki is run by [YOUR LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS NAME], based in Bengaluru, India. "We", "us" and "Suki" mean Love, Suki. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. What you get

You get one personal letter, written for you based on the answers you share with us.

The letter is about 450 to 600 words, unless the product page says otherwise.
It is delivered to the email address you give us, as a letter in the body of the email.
Some products also include a shareable image card.
Letters are written with the help of AI, guided by our own voice, examples and checks. Every letter is created fresh for you and is never a copy of another customer's letter.

Because every letter is personal and creative, its exact words, tone and length will vary. We do not show previews before you pay.

3. Before you order

You must be 18 or older to place an order or to share information about yourself with us.
This is not therapy. Our letters are words of comfort and encouragement. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition.
If you are in crisis, please reach out for immediate help. In India, you can call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or your local emergency number (112). If your answers suggest you may be at risk, we may send you helpline details instead of a letter and refund your payment in full.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to give full names of other people.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before you pay and include any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Your order is confirmed only once payment is successful.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid is the price you pay for that order.

5. Delivery

Your letter will arrive at the time you choose, or within 30 minutes if you choose "right away".

Please double check your email address. We are not responsible for letters sent to an address you typed incorrectly, but we will resend once to a corrected address if you contact us.
If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first.
If it still hasn't arrived within 24 hours of the chosen time, email us and we will resend it.

6. Rewrites and refunds

Every letter is made just for you and can't be resold, so we fix problems with a rewrite first and refund only as a last resort.

If you are not happy with your letter, email us within 7 days of delivery and tell us what didn't feel right. We will help in this order:

One free rewrite. We will write a fresh letter using your answers and your feedback.
Credit for another letter. If the rewrite still doesn't feel right, we will give you credit to use on any other Love, Suki letter.
Refund. We refund only in the cases below.

You will get a full refund if:

your letter was not delivered within 48 hours of the chosen time, and we could not resend it
you were charged more than once for the same order
a technical error on our side means your letter was blank, cut off, or written for someone else
we chose not to write your letter for safety reasons (see section 3)

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the letter has been delivered. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

7. Your information

We use what you share only to write and deliver your letter, and we delete your personal answers soon after it is delivered. See our privacy policy for details.

8. What we won't write

We may decline an order, and refund it in full, if it asks us to write something that:

is hateful, threatening, harassing or sexual
is meant to hurt, deceive or pressure someone else
pretends to be from a real person without their knowledge
involves anyone under 18 in a way that isn't appropriate
breaks any law

Please don't share other people's private details, like phone numbers or addresses.

9. Your letter

Your letter is yours to keep, reread, print and share for personal use.

You may post it or the image card on social media. We'd love it if you tagged @lovesuki.letters, but you don't have to.
You may not resell our letters or use them for commercial purposes.
The Love, Suki name, character, designs and writing style belong to us.
With your permission only, we may share parts of a letter as an example, with all personal details removed. We will always ask first.

10. Limits of our responsibility

We write every letter with care, but we can't promise how it will make you feel or what will happen after you read it.

Any decisions you make after reading a letter are your own.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider, internet outages, or events outside our control.
If something goes wrong on our side, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that order.

This does not limit anything we can't limit under Indian law.

11. Contact, complaints and changes

If something isn't right, email us first at [YOUR EMAIL]. We reply within 48 hours and aim to sort things out within 7 days.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
